With this in mind we have got a fantastic BBQ spice rub and glaze recipe for you to experiment with from Jasper our head chef and self confessed “bloke” when it comes to BBQ’s. It’s ideal to use with our product of the month pork belly or ribs. Also from now until 20th June (the official start to the summer) we are giving a 10% discount off whole and half lambs. A fantastic chance to experiment with the whole range of cuts available, and save yourself some money along the way! We will have it delivered to you fully butchered and packed ready for the freezer. All you need to do is clear out a shelf or two.
