Each month we will be featuring a different product which gives us a chance to tell you a little more about how we produce our meat, along with a superb recipe from our chef, Liz Franklin, from our pub in Bishopstone (The Royal Oak). If you have never visited the pub then you have missed a treat. Liz's signature dish of slow cooked Pork Belly is amazing. She has also invented the "PLT" sandwich (pork belly, lettuce and tomato) which is like no other sandwich you have ever tasted!
