We think this veal is a great addition to the organic beef, lamb, pork and chicken that graces your plates on many occasions. It is meat with flavour and bite; it can be sourced and used knowing you've made a great contribution to animal welfare. It's easy to work with, and lends itself to everything from the quick supper to the slow and exotic. We think you'll enjoy it.

If you're a private customer, running a restaurant or cafe, or one of this country's glorious thriving butchers shops, please call Carolyn at Eastbrook Farm. If you are farming organic veal and wish to be added to the supplier database, please also get in touch.

You can sample some exceptional veal dishes in the friendly atmosphere of The Royal Oak Pub in Bishopstone, Swindon, and also The Stagg Inn at Titley.

“CIWF applauds this initiative for providing better lives for calves through higher welfare rearing systems and thereby helping to save them from the inhumane live export trade. ”
